• This offset printing machine is designed for round plastic bottle cap, which is flexible for single-color or double-color registration print. It is suitable for plastic bottle cap with dia. 28mm-38mm. large volume automatic feeder, inspection and supervision stage, and automatic loading and unloading system are optional to speed up the automatic production line, which can reach to 60,000PCS/hour.
  
• Equipped with automatic accessory raiser, which can store large quantity of bottle cap. It automatically controls the bottle cap quantity into the direct-reverse material container, so that to control the bottle caps in the container at a average quantity.
  
• The automatic direct-reverse container can separate direct and reverse face of the bottle cap, direct one would be transferred into the air delivery pipe, and the reverse one would be returned back to the container for the next saparation.
  
• The automatic feeder is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel delivery pipe. The wind power would push bottle caps forward, and the monitor would control bottle cap quantity. If the container is full it would automatically stop delivery, and feeds the container on contrary.
  
• It is equipped with double-blaze processer, which can be individually switched according to requirement. The surface treatment can change material's sticking degree and adhesive strength, so that the printing ink can adhere on material surface easier.
  
• The newest designed offset printing head can individually adjust towards various directions. The stainless steel oil pan is simple in structure, convenient for installation and disassembling. It is also convenient for operation and reduces printing ink consumption.
  
• Individually controlled Fusion UV returning melting system is installed at the appointed position behind the printing head. We have adopted famous brand Fusion UV pipe, automatic temperature controlling and exhausting system, so that to prevention the lamp tube over-heat and at highest performance level.

1.ZX-320 machine adopts exact servo control system which can ensure the stabilization when the printing material in the printing process. It can free from the printing roller change.The operation of this machine is fast,convenient and simple.

2.Printing unit:adopting high quality and heavy offset printing unit.Assembled with 19 pieses of ink rollers(including 4 pcs of from rollers) and 4 pieces of water rollers(alchohol dampening system),has nice ink working system to avoid streak trouble and ghost image efficiently,largely increase the printing quality.the definition and precision made would never be reached by flexo press.

3.Shaftless transmission system:every printing unit transmitted by an independent servo motor,14 sets of servo motors in total for whole machine(6 colors)to ensure the exact color registering precision during high speed operation.

4.Positioning system:the only work is to input the printing length on the main control panel,every printing unit will be motioned to the presetting position automatically.largely saves time and materials when adjust the color register.

5.color registering system:the vertical and horizontal motions of every printing unit are all controlled by independent motor(ease the laboring and reduce the waste).by video still system,the machine can regulate vertical & horizontal registering without stopping,it improves the printing quality and increases the producing capacity.

6.Super large printing area:300*350,the maximum permeter could be reached at 350mm.bu high-precision photocells,the machine ensures multi-register print on both side,make the possibility of label pattern variety.

7.Every printing unit equips with clutch device to be stopped independently by lifting away when needed.this system extends the machine using life.
